For travel advise and vaccinations it is best to fill out the traveler form 6 weeks before your departure and sand this to us.
It will cost you 40 euros (to be paid in cash). If you need vaccinations you also have to pay for those at the pharmacy.
We are no allowed to give a yellow fever vaccination. If you need this you can make an appointment with the GGD.
