If you are not satisfied, please talk to your GP to clarify the issue.
If we cannot find a satisfactory solution together, you can submit your complaint to an independent complaints officer via the Foundation Complaints & Disputes Primary Care (SKGE), www.skge.nl.
Once every three years we conduct a survey into our patients’ experiences. You can ask to view this survey at the practice.
