If you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will invite you to discuss this with us in confidence.
Please talk to your GP to clarify the issue. This should clarify many ambiguities.
If we cannot find a satisfactory solution together, you can submit your complaint to an independent complaints officer via the Foundation Complaints & Disputes Primary Care (SKGE), www.skge.nl.
At least once every three years, we conduct a survey into our patients’ experiences. You can view this survey at the practice.
