Academic Network of General Practice Amsterdam UMC

As a GP practice we are members of the Academic Network of General Practitioners (ANH) of VU University Medical Centre Amsterdam, location VUmc. Through this network we join forces with general practitioners, researchers and academics to collaborate on scientific research and innovation in healthcare and medical education. This is important to us, because it helps us refine our knowledge and further improve the GP care services we offer you.

What does this mean for you?

Participation by our practice in ANH means that we share anonymous data about the care provided to our patients for scientific research and to improve the quality of healthcare services. We may also invite our patients, without obligation, to participate in scientific research at ANH.

Privacy

ANHA takes great care to protect your privacy. Therefore, no data such as your name, address, or social security number are shared with ANHA. This makes it impossible to identify which patients’ data were used. If you object to the use of your data, please inform your general practitioner. Your data will then no longer be shared with ANHA.
