We only perform driver’s license medical examinations for patients of Huisartsenpraktijk Trompenburg.
We apply the following rates in 2026:
- €67,60: Examination with one form.
- €101,40: Examination with multiple forms.
We prefer payment by card.
The doctor will need a ZD code for the examination. You can find this code on the letter you received.
We also need to check your urine. You will receive a container from our practice for this — so no need to bring a sample from home.
If you wear glasses: Please remember to bring them with you!
